We’re sorry to see you go. To request permanent deletion of your HotelValueMart account, please contact our Customer Care team by email or WhatsApp. We will process your request and remove your account data within 72 hours of verifying the request.

For security, we may ask a short verification question (e.g., last 4 digits of a payment used on the account). After verification, deletion will be completed within 72 hours.

What happens after you request deletion?

Verification: We verify the request with a reply email or WhatsApp message. This is to prevent unauthorized deletions.
Processing: Once verified, we start deletion. Most deletion requests are completed within 72 hours.
Confirmation: We will send a final confirmation that your account has been deleted.

Important: Some information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction records required for tax/legal reasons). We will only retain the minimum information required and keep it secure.

What we delete

Your profile information (name, email, phone) — unless retention is required by law.
Saved preferences, wishlists, and account settings.
Ability to log in with the deleted account.

What might be retained

Records required for tax, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal claims (kept for the legally required period).
Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot be linked back to you.
